Oliduero is an innovative project that is the result of many years of research to evaluate the adaptability of the olive trees to the climate and soils of Castilla y Leon region. MATARROMERA group has selected a diversity of locations within the region: Olivares de Duero, Pozaldez, Quintanilla de Trigueros, Valdefinjas, Toro, Rueda and Medina del Campo. The group has more than 80 hectares cultivated with organic olive trees from the olive varieties Picual, Arbequina and Arbosana.
