On 23th April 2017, Juerui Industry and one of the most famous Spanish restaurant Elefante in Shanghai promote Jamones Blázquez in Feria de Abril. During this big event, a nice ham carving show made more than 1000 people enjoyed a real sensation of Spanish Feria in Seville. Everybody enjoyed the Spanish food and wine along with the artisan and traditional flavor of the Blázquez bellota ham.
